Chapter History

The Lambda Kappa chapter is the 248th link to ZTA's chain of 252 chapters.

We were officially installed on Appalachian's campus on December 1, 2012. Since then we have had the joy of being able to welcome in so many sisters to this amazing organization!

The sisters of Lambda Kappa put in so much hard work and dedication to make a difference on Appalachian State's campus. Through participation in events and fundraisers on campus, both within and outside the Greek community, we enjoy spending our time promoting inclusive friendship and meaningful philanthropy. As a proud chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha we also pride ourselves on upholding our national traditions and making strong connections with our Zeta sisters all over the state and country! We hope to make an impact at Appalachian State University during our time here at school and use the lasting lessons we learn in Zeta in our post collegiate careers!
